1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included (if applicable).
  • The condition of the item must match the condition in which it was originally shipped to you.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

2. Buyer Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We do not offer prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for any of the following:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that have been used, installed, modified, or tampered with
  • Items that are damaged due to improper installation, handling, or user error
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable in the listing

If a returned item is received in a condition that violates any of the above, it will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us through our website or email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions and approval before shipping the item back.
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it to the return address provided in the return instructions.

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

5. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

In the event of a partial refund (e.g., restocking fee, missing components, or damaged packaging), you will be notified via email with a detailed explanation.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to assess the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter with a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
